Terms and Policies
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to
errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors
in advertisements. Total Health Solutions is not responsible for manufacturer
price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. Footrests or legrests are not included with wheelchairs unless
specified. The product images on this web site may not exactly reflect the
product you receive. Design revisions and color variations may exist.
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your
equipment has to be serviced or returned.
Returns
Total Health Solutions
is committed to working with its customers to ensure products with warranties
perform according to the manufacturer�s specifications. Warranty information,
where applicable, can be found enclosed within the product packaging.
Before returning any product, you must obtain a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please have the following
information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice
number, serial number and the nature of the problem.

No
returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Total
Health Solutions cannot
accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without an RMA number will be refused at our facilities
and will be returned to the sender.�
Total Health Solutions will charge a 25% restocking fee, plus
applicable shipping charges for shipments refused by the customer. Additional
charges may apply if all products are not returned in the original and
unopened packing.
Defective Products
All defective products except (wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts) will
be accepted by Total Health Solutions for credit, exchange or repair, at Total
Health Solutions� discretion within 21 days from the invoice date. All
defective wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts will be accepted by Total
Health Solution for repair or replacement only, at Total Health Solutions�
discretion within 21 days from the invoice date. After 21 days, the
manufacturer's warranty applies.
Non Defective Returns
Some non-defective products may be returned for credit or exchange. Those
returns authorized by Total Health Solutions are subject to a restocking fee
of 25%, and
must be completed within 21 days of the date of invoice. Certain products
such as raised toilet seats, commodes, erection aids, incontinence products, wound care, compression
stocking, cushions & pillows, and other products where the intended use
is to be in direct contact with the human body etc., may not be
returned due to hygiene issues. Sterile items may not be returned if the seal or
packaging is broken or punctured.
All
products to be returned must be returned within 21 days from the invoice
date, 100% complete, in resaleable condition, and
must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and
other accessories provided by the manufacturer.� Any
non-defective item returned must be shipped freight prepaid by the purchaser.
Due to manufacturers' return policies, titanium wheelchairs, custom
wheelchairs and other custom equipment may be returned to Total Health
Solution for repairs only - no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time.
Total Health Solutions reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond
21 days from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after 21 days,
credit will be issued toward FUTURE PURCHASES ONLY.
Please be aware that if
the reasons for the returned item(s) are not valid,
you will be charged for return shipment to the original shipping address at
UPS Ground rates.
Any
returns found to be non-defective or intentionally returned as defective are
subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus all
non-product related fees (shipping and insurance) are not refundable. Refused
or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%, in addition to applicable shipping, transaction
and insurance fees.
